San Francisco!

It was an interesting night in the car, Bonnie slept on a hamburger, and I with my feet straight up in the air. Bonnie successfully jinxed us by saying that trains would fly by allll night long, luckily SHE slept through every one. I woke up in the morning to with a finger in my face and Bonnie accusing me of being the hamburglar, which of course she found later under her butt.
We drove on to San Francisco where I noticed the signs were weren't like ours back home. The street lights are just larger than oranges and only found on the far sides in four lanes of traffic. This means we are constantly playing Where's Waldo to make sure were in the right place at the right time. Also, you know when you look at the street signs to see what street you are on, well the signs here tell where other streets are instead, and offer a little arrow pointing in that direction. To top things off streets can have many names like: Shuttak, Henry, Sutter, and Saloma- which took us through a tunnel- (Under the round-a-bout which were suppose to be on).

We finally arrived at Geoff's house (Bonnie's brother) after urging my car up the mile long road the goes STRAIGHT up the hill. I didn't think my car would would make it up that 45 degree angle, but it has a great view of the Golden Gate Bridge. Well it'll be a fun trip back down the hill! No wonder people get in accidents when it snows here!

Later in the day, we sought out Bonnie's first College (she's previewing colleges here)- the California College of the Arts. We got all the way to the end of Broadway and found the ocean, no college, but the ocean. We decided to stick around for awhile and explore Jack London Square where we discovered a fabulous fountain, bush dolphins, and gorgeous yachts.
